How to circle a video region

Option 1:
Launch VideoMarkup

Add + Menu > Video
Add + Menu > "Markup object" > "Circle"
Resize circle and move it to where you want it on the video
Drag on "duration bar" (green bar) to adjust for when and for how long this object should appear in the video

Option 2:

Launch VideoMarkup
Add + Menu > Video
Right click anywhere on video, select "Markup object" > "Circle"
Resize circle and move it to where you want it on the video
Drag on "duration bar" (green bar) to adjust for when and for how long this object should appear in the video
