After the transaction is complete, you will receive an email containing your payment receipt and a separate order confirmation email containing the software license code.

Both emails are sent immediately after payment completion, you should expect to receive them within a few minutes after the order is submitted. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check in the spam folder in addition to mail inbox in case the email is misfiltered.

If you purchased on Aidaluu.com, please contact us so we can help you retrieve the license code.

If you purchased this product on the App Store, please note App Store purchases are fully activated, no license code required. If you are currently running on a trial edition, please try removing the current application and re-download from the "Purchases" tab of the App Store.

Aidaluu is a registered Apple developer, you can purchase our apps on both the App Store and Aidaluu.com

Regardless of where you purchase the product from, you are entitled to the same features and free updates. Please note if you purchased directly from Aidaluu.com, you will receive new updates as soon as they are available. If you purchased on the App Store, the update needs to pass through Apple Review before it can be made available to public users. This process generally completes within 7 to 10 days.

For Aidaluu.com purchases, please go to the main Menu > Update > "Check For Update", you may also choose to be automatically prompted whenever a new update is available.

For App Store purchases, please update with these steps:

1. Open App Store on the Mac
   
2. Go to the "Updates" tab
   
3. You will be able to see all apps with available updates listed. Please look for the App Title you wish to upgrade and click on the "Update" button
   

When updating from the App Store, please make sure you are logged in using the same Apple ID as originally used to purchase the app.
